He holds a medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University and completed his residency in internal medicine at Pittsburgh’s Allegheny General Hospital. From there, Dr. Goldwasser moved to Pittsburgh Medical Associates where he served as a primary care physician.

Dr. Goldwasser has volunteered his services as a physician to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, the American Liver Foundation, the Pleasant Valley Free Clinic for the Homeless and various Philadelphia clinics serving the poor.
